PPM Consultants announced today that Christy Gardner has joined its corporate marketing team. In this role, Christy will focus primarily on client relationships while developing the firm’s portfolio across the southeastern United States.

Gardner brings with her six years of marketing experience from SEMS, Inc., where she worked primarily with retail underground storage tank (UST) owners and manufacturing facilities.

Gardner said, “I consider myself a client advocate, which is essentially what an environmental consulting company should be. Your consultant should act in your best interest and communicate with the respective state agencies as a liaison. PPM has incredible relationships with each state environmental agency, and they do a fantastic job mediating difficult situations.”

Todd Perry, co-founder, principal and director of marketing said, “We are beyond excited to have Christy on our team. She will play a key role in giving our clients the individual attention they deserve and help us serve our markets with a greater level of professional care, which is our primary goal. We are fortunate to have found someone of Christy’s caliber to fill this role and look forward to being part of her success.”

Gardner holds a Bachelor of Arts in business management form Southeastern Louisiana University. She is a member of a number of professional organizations including Louisiana Oil Marketers and Convenience Store Association (LOMCSA), Petroleum and Convenience Marketers of Alabama (P&CMA), Arkansas Oil Marketers Association (AOMA) and Mississippi Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Stores Association (MPMCSA). She serves on the boards of LOMCSA and P&CMA and is the chair of LOMCSA’s Next Generation, in addition to serving as convention committee member of AOMA.
