PPM was retained to provide soil and groundwater assessment at an operating chemical storage and supply location. There were a number of challenges such as co-mingled constituents, a heterogeneous subsurface and a tight timeframe.
The purpose of this assessment was to understand the location and volume of any contaminants as the owner considered a sale. PPM successfully delineated the extent of the impact at the site and provided our client the tools, risk assessment and forecast needed to make correct planning decisions for the property.
