Speaker Bio: Ms. Brignac is a Senior Compliance Expert with PPM Consultants, Inc. in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She has 36 years of experience in industry and consulting. Ms. Brignac has a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. She has served as treasurer and chair of the Louisiana Section and is currently the Industry and Power Division Chair on the Association’s Technical Council.
