The Technical Assistance to Brownfields (TAB) program will host a free webinar Wednesday, August 2 from 2:30 to 4:00 PM CDT.
The webinar will feature speakers from the TAB program and will provide an overview of remediation technologies. The discussion will cover various advantages and disadvantages as well as the success rate and long-term effects of different types of cleanup processes.
Speakers will discuss the differences between remediation corridors and single sites and how to work with state regulators to achieve success.
Attendance is free, but registration is required.
Speakers include Mark Walker, Kansas State University; Elizabeth Limbrick, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Ignacio Dayrit, Center for Creative Land Recycling.
